Special Needs Fund (SNF)

The Special Needs Fund (SNF) can assist eligible undergraduate and graduate students with up to $300 each academic year they are enrolled at the University with health‐related expenses that insurance does not cover. Financial need of students requesting funding is ascertained through the Financial Aid Office. The SNF academic year begins July 1 and ends June 15.

How to Apply:

To apply for financial assistance:

  • Students should complete the general application form linked here.
  • E-mail [email protected] each academic year to confirm eligibility.
    • Any receipts received after June 15 will apply to the new academic year, if eligible. Unused funds from the previous academic year do not roll over.
