The D&I Framework Community of Practice is an informal group that discusses and shares successes and challenges in using the D&I Framework. This group is a place to generate new ideas and brainstorm collectively to strengthen the overall work on campus regarding diversity and inclusion.
The Community of Practice (CoP) began as a series of monthly meetings during the spring and summer of 2021. It was designed for members of the Princeton University community to come together and share how they have been using a diversity and inclusion lens in their work on campus. This group was comprised of those who were very familiar with the framework and those who were interested in learning more about it.
The Community of Practice continues to meet several times each semester to consider how staff can implement the D&I Framework into their daily work and longer term strategic efforts. New attendees are welcome at any time.
