The Office of the Vice President for Campus Life creates an engaging environment that inspires students to realize their full potential through self-discovery, connection to community, meaningful work, a love of learning, and a life of purpose.

Vision
Campus Life strives to provide an integrated educational experience that cultivates skills and habits of mind that inspires students to lead lives of meaning, purpose, and social responsibility. 

Mission 
Campus Life enhances the holistic development and educational experience for all students by complementing academic study with co-curricular opportunities that engage, enrich and advance student learning and growth. 

The Office of the Vice President for Campus Life’s staff includes the executive director for planning and administration, the dean for diversity and inclusion, an executive assistant and the Army ROTC liaison. The vice president for Campus Life oversees the director of Athletics, the executive director of Career Services, the dean of undergraduate students, the executive director of the Pace Center for Civic Engagement, the dean of Religious Life and the executive director of University Health Services.

Our Impact

Over 300 Campus Life staff, touch most—if not all—of the student population at Princeton through educational and social programming initiatives, support services, and outreach.

What We Do

The Office of the Vice President for Campus Life leads the University’s efforts to provide an enriching experience for Princeton’s 5,267 undergraduates and 2,946 graduate students. The Office of the Vice President for Campus Life works closely with the Office of the Provost, the Office of the Executive Vice President, the Dean of the College, the Dean of the Faculty, and the Graduate School, to enhance student success.
